If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. In case the package has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You may return the product to us within 14 days of reception. You will be notified of the return agreement and the return label will be sent to you by email. Drop the package off at any FedEx drop off point. Be sure to keep the proof of return which will allow you to track the package.
The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product which is damaged or in a condition which clearly shows it has been used.
